Home OutLine Cosmetics is all about permanent make-up! Our technicians are certified instructors who are here to service to your needs whether you are looking to enhance your EYEBROWS, EYELINER, LIPS or need a SKIN COUMAFLAGING procedure.
Outline Cosmetics also trains and certify those individuals who wish to learn the lucrative skill of facial cosmetic tattooing.
Our office/ studio is based out of San Antonio Texas, where we have provided many gratifying procedures to our local clients and have trained many students from afar and near.
Outline Cosmetics also travels out to your city for training purposes on a yearly basis. We conduct hands on training classes not only through out Texas but Mexico and the whole United States (check class calendar for your respective city.)
